Quad DTV Receiver - TLV420S
ATSC and DVB compliant HD/SD MPEG-TS decoder. Up to four digital TV tuner option is available as well as Gbit IP input/output. One frame (model TLV440R) may have four decoder card (model TLV420S) and one power supply (model TLP428P).

- Three BNC connectors which can be DVB-ASI input, SMPTE-310M input, DVB-ASI, SMPTE-310M output, Compressed audio and PCM audio output.

TLV420S is Gigabit Ethernet IP Gateway product that performs the following:
- Three channel ASI to IP Gateway
- Three channel SMPTE-310M to IP Gateway
- DVB-S/S2 to IP Gateway
- DVB-T/T2/C/C2, ISDB-T to IP Gateway
- 8VSB/QAM-B to IP Gateway
- Four channel combination of ASI / 310M / DVB-S, S2/DVB-T, T2 / 8VSB to IP Gateway
