ISDB-T Brazil and Japan

Q. Japan ISDB-T receiver can receive Brazil ISDB-T stream?
A. Japan ISDB-T receiver usually can not recognize Brazil ISDB-T stream even though they are compatible in modulator/demodulator level. But, Brazil ISDB-T receiver usually receive Japan ISDB-T stream.
