 TVB593 compatibility issue

1. More than one TVB593 can not be installed on Intel DG43NB mother board. If two or more TVB593 is installed on Intel desktop PC model DG43NB mother board, the BIOS can be erased. TO AVOID THIS ISSUE, USER NEED TO DISABLE ON-BOARD VGA BY INSTALLING SEPARATE VGA CARD.

2. TVB593 is found to have trouble on some PCs with Windows Vista and Windows 7 regarding power management. TVB593 with this case will require RMA by Teleview.

   - DVB-T2 tuner option is available for TLV400S as well as 8VSB, DVB-T, DVB-S/S2 option.
   - TLV400S supports BISS-1/E scrambling.
   - TVB597/LAN v3 support IP input.
   - 64bit LINUX is not supported yet.
